Once a lethal form of combat training in medieval times, it became the sport of kings in the 18th century. In the modern era, fencing represents a pure version of sport contested by world-class athletes who are devoted as much to the craft as they are the pursuit of victory.

Our latest editorial, "The Last Traveling Swordsman" features US Olympic fencing phenom and multi-talented creative, Race Imboden. A world champion foilist raised in Brooklyn, Race brings a grittier, modern approach to the old world culture of the sport. He narrates and directs the featured short film, showcasing his physical regimen while waxing poetic on a philosophy derived from the writings of legendary samurai, Miyamoto Musashi.

He trains at the acclaimed Tim Morehouse Fencing Club in New York City, in a range of new performance wear and classic training styles for men — available now in-store and online.
