Shipping Options
Receive free standard shipping within Canada for purchases of $50 and over, excluding taxes.

**Orders placed after the cut-off time will ship out the following business day. Excludes Pre-Order items.
Orders to P.O. boxes are dispatched via Canada Post Expedited Parcel (Standard) and Canada Post Xpresspost (Express).
All orders to Yukon Territory, Northwest Territory, and Nunavut are dispatched via Canada Post Expedited Parcel.
Note: the Canada Post strike will affect deliveries to P.O. boxes and remote areas. For more information, please visit Canada Post.
In-Store Orders
If an item isn’t available at your location, a retail associate can place an order on your behalf and have it shipped directly to your address.
Shipping rates and timelines are the same as online orders.
Order Cut-Off Times
Estimated transit times begin when your order is shipped, and do not include weekends or holidays.
Orders placed Monday to Friday before 12pm PST will be shipped the same day. All orders placed after the cut-off time on Friday will be shipped the following Monday. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Note: Due to a higher volume of orders during sale events, processing times may be longer than usual, we appreciate your patience.
Taxes & Duties
Taxes
Prices displayed on the website do not include taxes. Applicable sales tax and shipping costs will be calculated and shown at checkout.
Duties
No additional duty charges will be applicable to shipments within Canada.
Order Tracking Information
Once an order has shipped, we'll send you an email with the tracking number. Click the link in the email to track the progress of your shipment.
Lost Shipments
Reigning Champ is not liable for shipments lost in transit.
If your order status is Delivered, please check the vicinity of your home to ensure it was not dropped at a side door, lobby, or mail room, and ask your neighbours if they may have received it for you. Carriers also occasionally mark packages as Delivered before they’re dropped off.
If you believe your shipment has been lost, we’ll do our best to help during customer support hours. Call or text us at 1-833-375-7294, or live chat with us.
As a fraud prevention measure, we cannot issue refunds for lost packages under any circumstances.
Redirecting An Order
Please make sure your shipping address is correct as we can’t redirect orders once items have been dispatched. Sorry!
