Yes, you can include a personalized message (up to 200 characters) with your gift card. The message will appear alongside the recipient’s name on the digital card.

Currently, only our customer support team can check your gift card balance. Please contact support@reigningchamp.com for assistance.

If you lose your gift card, contact our customer support team. We will do our best to assist you in recovering it.

Once a gift card order has been processed and delivered, it cannot be cancelled or modified. Double check the recipient’s details and delivery date before completing your purchase. Ensure you’re on the correct site for purchasing—Canada or the U.S.

Reigning Champ gift cards do not expire. Use them at your convenience.
